How will your data be utilized and stored during these sessions?
To access the session, you will be required to provide your name and email address when prompted by Zoom. Zoom will store this information in compliance with their GDPR policies.
Zoom will retain this information solely for host reporting purposes, enabling PD Plus to access the following data categories:

PD Plus will primarily use performance-related statistics, including registration and attendance figures. Zoom also automatically deletes all data six months after a Zoom Webinar ends.
Will my personal information be visible during or after the session?
Once the session commences, participants will be placed in a Webinar room where only the host and co-host(s) will be visible. Your email address will not be visible to other attendees.
Additionally, both video and audio will be turned off for attendees, ensuring that you will not appear on camera, and your microphone's audio will be muted.
During the session, you will have the opportunity to submit questions to the presenters. These questions, along with your name, will be visible to other attendees.
Please note that these sessions will be recorded, with only the presenter's view being visible in the recording, and no email addresses will be disclosed.
